Retention of Data
We retain personal information in line with the RAF Museum's Retention Policy.
We ask for personal information when you book a ticket to visit the site or an event for the following reasons:
- To process your order
- To send you confirmation by email and any emails relating the event you have booked. These might be further information, safety measures or reminders.
- To claim Gift Aid, if you order tickets including a donation to the Museum and opt in for Gift Aid
We recognise that you may have questions on how we process and/or store you data, or may want to change either the data we hold on you or how we communicate with you in the future.

In some cases, we may not be able to remove your data from third party systems such as those belonging to HM Revenue & Customs.
